La mejor receta de Pollo Tikka Masala
Tikka Masala Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 1 cup of rice
FOR MARINADE
- ½ greek yogurt
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
FOR MASALA SAUCE
- 2 tbsp sesame oil for frying
- ½ onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 big tbsp concentrated tomato
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- ½ tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- ½ greek yogurt
- 60ml coconut milk
- 1 pinch of salt
tbsp: Tablespoon, big spoon
tsp: Teaspoon, small spoon
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade. Cover with cling film and marinate it for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Prepare the sauce. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry onion and garlic and add the spices. Stop and smell!!
Pour in the concentrated tomato, stir a little and add the yogurt and coconut milk.
Let it simmer slowly for 5 minutes. Add the brown sugar.
Finally add chicken with marinade and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Served it with rice.
