Cheese and spinaches canelloni
Kitchenware
- A pan.
- An oven tray.
- A cutting board.
- A pot.
- A skimmer.
- Vegetable/Oven paper.
Ingredients
15 portions of canelloni pasta. |
300 g. of creamy cheese (Philadelphia). |
100 g. of fresh spinaches. |
1 cup of cream. |
Grated cheese (Parmesan). |
Salt and pepper. |
Optional: Almonds. |
Directions:
First, we add the cream and creamy cheese on a pan and stir fry it until it thickens a bit.
Then, we wash the spinaches and add them to the pan.
Next, we season the mixture with salt and pepper and stir fry it until it thickens.
Next, on a pot we cook the cannelloni pasta for 7 – 9 minutes until they are “al dente” watching carefully they don’t stick.
Then, we remove the cannelloni pasta with a skimmer and spread them over the vegetable paper.
Then, spread some of the filling over the cannelloni pasta and roll them.
Then, we spread some more filling over the canellonis with some grated parmesan over them.
Finally, bake in the oven until the surface is browned and serve with some minced spinaches to garnish
